As children we were absolute beginners, fearless about creating.

Over time, we found out that the world is not always supportive. We encountered the critics, the judges and the doubters.

We conformed.

We began seeking to please others.

Exploring, wondering and wandering was treated as “wasting time.” Some of us may even have been punished for “day-dreaming.”

The Camino helps us hear the voice inside. Creativity helps us express it.

Having a sense of your own creativity empowers you to reimagine and reshape the world you create for yourself. It’s exploration, experimentation, making mistakes and trying again.

Maybe you’ll find you do have a creative spark!

HOW IT WORKS

The Camino Creativity Pathway is a series of 10 short audio prompts.

Listen while walking or just before heading out each day. Simple creative actions encourage you to explore, experiment and perhaps step out of your comfort zone just a little each day —no special talent, skill or tools are required.
